Are you preparing to visit our Annapolis dental office for the first time? Here's what you can expect from your first visit with us.
When you arrive for your appointment, one of our friendly team members will greet you and assist you with checking in. We’ll also give you a tour of our office and introduce you to everyone in our office. When it's time for your appointment, a dental assistant will lead you back to one of our treatment areas, where we will review your medical and dental history. One of our doctors will then do a comprehensive exam which will include any necessary digital x-rays.
After your comprehensive exam, we will discuss the findings and together develop a treatment plan with the goal of restoring you to optimum oral health. Any necessary appointments with one of our dental hygienists, or doctors will then be arranged.
If you have any questions about what we recommend, we'll be happy to answer them. We want you to feel absolutely comfortable with the treatment plan we create for you.
At Goodman Dental Care, we're proud to accept all PPO dental insurance plans. We will even file your claims for you so you can maximize your benefits. We understand how important insurance is to our patients, so we can answer any questions about your coverage so you know what to expect. If you would like to know more about how we can use your insurance policy, don't hesitate to contact one of our helpful front office team members.
Patients who do not have dental insurance can still benefit from the convenience that comes with financing through a third-party. Even those who do receive dental insurance coverage may still wish to accommodate treatments that are not covered with patient financing. This option makes it easier for you to pay for larger dental bills by breaking up the payments into a series of smaller portions which are then paid off at a pace that suits your family’s budget best. Most patient financing comes with a no- or low-interest payment plan that helps you budget for more complex dental treatments, like dentures, dental implants, wisdom teeth extraction, or a root canal. There are no restrictions with financing, so even elective and cosmetic procedures can also be paid for using this option. Don’t hesitate to learn more about third-party financing and whether or not you are approved. Most people are -- so start saving today
